Bad service and bad attitude

15 February I took my Polo Vivo for service at Lindsay Saker Midrand and my Service consultant was Deon Scheepers. I told him that when I start my engine there is a funny sound and also when I apply the brakes my steering wheel is shaking. I collected the vehicle on that particular day Deon informed me that, they replaced the manifold but he does not like it and that he ordered the other one and I must return the vehicle on Monday the 18 February and I did return as he said. 8 March I was towed to VW Midrand because there was noise from the brake pedal and the front right wheel. Deon he said to me there was a stone between the disc and the brake pad, I told him that it is not possible. When I told him that it is not possible he started being rude to me and I told him that I want to speak to his manager to my surprise his Manager was ruder than Deon he does not even want to listen to what I had to say. The vehicle still had a noise when I was driving it. 14 March I took it in again for them to fix the brake noise. Today it is in again because of noise from the engine. I am tired of their bad service.
