This is my second report on VW Hyde Park regarding this matter:
I bought a VW Polo from VW Hyde Park with endless issues regarding the brakes on the vehicle!! The vehicle has been back with them twice which after they replaced the front discs and claimed nothing was wrong with the rear brakes. So, I took the vehicle to another VW Dealership and they found that the vehicle required a new clutch kit and that the rear brakes needs to be replaced.
VW Hyde Park complied and "fixed" the items listed on the Quote, but...
Two months down the line and we're back at where we were, with the rear brakes on the vehicle making a lot of noise! (and I'm not talking about the high pitch "dust" noise, but a loud grinding noise!!!)
So, I took the vehicle to a Brake specialist instead, and they informed me that the rear drums is really bad and required skimming, and that he found refurbished brake pads instead of genuine VW Brake pads!
VW Hyde Path's service is appalling and they through their teeth!! I'll NEVER in my life do business with VW Hyde Park AGAIN!
This is a warning to all motorists interested in doing business with VW Hyde Park, think twice! I do not recommend then!!
