I purchased a motor vehicle to wit; a Ford Ranger T6 3.2 TDCI A/T, with chassis No: AFAPXXMJ2PCC43921 on the 28th of May 2012, at Galactic Auto, Polokwane. The vehicle is financed by Ford Credit (ABSA BANK), Account No: 824 933 66). The vehicle had a breakdown on or about May 2013 and upon diagnosis I told that the engine and the gearbox has been damaged and need to be replaced. The vehicle only had 38 000km at that time. I was told that the engine and gearbox has been replaced. Barely a week after the vehicle was "fixed" the vehicle was returned to the dealership, because of the strange noise that was coming out of the "new engine". After that I was told that the have to change a turbo on the vehicle.
My vehicle had a breakdown last week and it taken to a Tzaneen Dealership (Ford), from the when I phone, I am told that we are busy with Ford South Africa and no body is telling what the diagnosis on the vehicle is. The vehicle is currently at 46000km.
I have requested a courtesy and they are not helping me. My demand is that the FORD SA and Galactic Auto settle the defective ca
