After I being assured that a parcel would arrive at a client after a working day, it took 4 days for a parcel to be delivered at the client. This is unacceptable practice, and they always leave the sellerretailer to explain why it didn't arrive on time.
Bad service for the umpteenth time.
An official apology would be in order for the client.
