I went to my nearest post office, Monument Park and I posted 4 Parcels over night delivery with Speed Services Couriers on the 11 December 2013. Three of my clients only received their parcels the 17 December 2013. So why do I pay for over night delivery? If the parcels took 6 days to deliver and the fourth parcel was only delivered the 4th January 2014. Due to the 4th parcel being delivered nearly a month after posting it... I missed my clients deadline, due to bad service and delivery on Speed Services Couriers behalf I was not paid by the client.
I am very disappointed in Speed Services Couriers service. I also tried contacting the company on their helpline and every time my call was not answered and I was left with putting the phone down and not being helped.
I will not be using their services anymore and I will be using a private and reliable company in the future to delivery my parcels that I mail through to clients.
