Shipped and paid overnight rates, because my client paid overnight rates. Handed in the packages just after opening time and paid. The next morning I get yelled at by my client because their package was delayed. Phoned speed services and got a sorry sir, the driver was late the package will only be available for collection the next day. I WILL NOT PAY overnight rates when I didnt receive overnight service. I agree with my client fully, I have in the meantime refunded my client as it is fair. Got a claim form which I filled in and submitted.
After not hearing back from I threw away the waybill, as the item had now been delivered. AFTER 5 days I get a reply back saying that my claim is receiving attention! Seriously thats amazing that I have had to wait 5 days, but I'm receiving service. NOT RECEIVING SERVICE IS THE PROBLEM!! Then I get a call from WALTER. WALTER explains to me they can trace and see the overnight parcel was delayed but they can track to see if the parcel was ever paid for... Really!? I didnt know I could send a parcel without paying for it. Will never use speed services again even if a courier costs me double. Still want my money back, I wont pay for services not rec
