On the 29th of January 2014 a parcel was sent to me from Highveld park. This was supposed to be delivered the next day (30th January 2014). NOW due to the strikes we as the paying client is expected to just wait until Speed services management develop a contingency plan to deal with employee who is on strike.
The package is volatile and can not be in transit for to long. After I have phone the call center I was informed that is is not plan on how to get the parcel to me, OR if the parcel has insurance against this type of delays.
So it is OK for Speed services to take payment for service that is not being delivered. SHOULD THE COUNTRY COME TO STANDSTILL if courier services strike???
