MY LOST PARCEL - TC190371115ZA

I am very very upset. On the 27/3/2012 I couriered an overnight parcel to Qwaqwa from Pretoria. This was an overnight parcel to be delivered at the "door" of the recepient Ms M Mosese. I paid R110.80, and the parcel was meant to be delivered at 10H30 the next day - 28/3/2012. Up until today the parcel has NOT BEEN delivered by speed servces, and I make enquiry everyday but up until today no one is able to assist. How do we go on and trust people who losses our parcels and have the ordecity to send me from pillar to post when I enquire about it. SPEED SERVICES have their adverst on radio everyday about their service, however it is pathetic that 1 parcel has taken 8 days to get to where it was meant to arrive within 24hrs. This is ridiculous and it is unacceptable service. The call centre number 0860 023 133 is never answered. I eventually got hold of a guy called Sifiso Sithole who was able to assist half way but is not getting any joy from the branch in LADYSMITH where supposidly my parcel has been delivered. THIS PARCEL IS MEANT TO go qwaqwa, how did it land in ladysmith???
