I have sent a parcel on speed delivery on the 21st of November and specified that it is supposed to be delivered on the person's door step by the next day.
Today is the 26th of November and he hasn't received the parcel. When I called the speed services number with the trace number I was told he will receive the post office slip to go collect his parcel at the post office, and he hasn't received when I sent this mail. When I inquired as to why I had to pay the speed services fee if he still had to wait for a slip for a week, I was I only paid for the parcel weight and not for the speed services.
Can somebody please explain the speed service works, cause I know I that I have paid a speed services fee. Don't I just deserve a refund???
