BMW Auto Bavaria, Midrand service is appalling!!! so poor, I can't believe it. I bought a brand new BMW 523i 2011, its been giving me endless problems since the first six months, break pads system, Poor interior leather quality (its pealing), cigarette lighter not working, Changing break pad sat 6 months saying that the sensor is faulty e.t.c. I have been reporting the problems with the dealership, I took it in for fault finding and now the dealership tells me that they are changing a radiator, which has leak!!! come, on. This is suppose to be a new car.they took it in for 5 days THURSDAY - .MONDAY, NO curtsey car nothing..all they r saying is we are sorry. BMW is history to me, The manager tells me that they dont have a car they can loan me as a lot of their customers requested loan cars!!! as if I am not their customer, and is it really my problem??? What tops it all is that through out the whole process no one from the dealership kept me posted about my car, including them keeping it for 5 days. I had to call them in the afternoon on Friday, only to be told that my car might be ready on Monday.
