My experience with the used car department CMH Datcentre Pinetown has been nothing less than appalling. There is no regard to customer satisfaction what so ever. Their repair department cannot give you a accurate account of whats wrong with your vehicle and repair and turnaround time is terrible. They could not diagnose a propshart problem on my vehicle, which was done in a matter of minutes by another repairer. They wanted to keep my vehicle for 2 to 3 days to repair a problem that took just 3 hours to repair. For a company that are the agents for my Nissan Bakkie, i find this appalling and deeply regret buying my vehicle from them.
