2nd hand car not working, dealership will not help

Good day,

i bought a 2nd hand Jeep from the above dealership in November 2013. Within the first week i had nothing but problems. From flat battery, to oil leak, to radiator light, to leaking windscreen etc etc. they collected the car "fixed" the problem received it back only to send it back 2 days later.

The car came back and have had nothing but problmes, i have sent emails, messages etc etc etc and they are treating me like i dont know what i am talking about and had the comment that i knew what i was getting into buying a 2nd hand car.

My car has stood since 24th December 2013 and still waiting for them to collect to sort out. I even requested a new car, a trade in of this car but they are doing everything to not allow this to happen.

I have notified the bank who i am financed through, but at a loss of where i stand and what i can do about this.

Please can you assisst me would be so greatful.
