Dealer not paying out sellers vehicle

I got finance from a dealer to buy a vehicle privately from a client. The deal was approved and signed for,
and the seller was promised to be payed out the same day, but it never happened. I got finance from MFC,
and they already released money to the dealers account, but still the Seller never received his money. It is now the 16th of Feb 2013, and was promised money on the8th of Feb 2013 at the latest, but it never happened.

What can we do to get them to pay out the money?..They're also threatening to cancel everything (the finance of
the vehicle), but they sit with the money, and everytime the seller phone to find out when they're going to make payment, they have a different story.

I signed for the vehicle on the7th of Feb2013, and its a week later, with they money of MFC in their bank, and still no payment... Its the 16th of Feb 2013 today.
