The appalling service and workmanship I have received from BMW Club Motors repair centre has left me at horrified. For a repair centre that supposedly prides its self on customer care and excellence they have a long way to go before they can reach that level of resilience. It evident that the GM does not live the values of the company, which filters down through the ranks. My dealing with BMW club-motors has been a frustrating, emotionally draining and a significant inconvenience to me. Witnessing how other clients are treated at the repair centre it is clear that this is the culture of the BU and this is unacceptable. An intervention is needed immediately. Numerous cries to have the problems rectified have fallen upon deaf ears and promises have not been kept. The workmanship received can be equated to "back door workmanship" with scratches made to my fender and bonnet. BMW Club-Motors Repair centre "WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT!! "
