My son-in-law put a deposit down on a demo Susuki Swift. My daughter phoned to inform them they wanted to collect the car on Saturday 16th. She asked if all was in order. She repeated that phone call again later in the week. When they arrived to collect the car today, Saturday the 16th, they were informed they could not have the car as none of the paperwork had been completed! Bramley Suzuki bent over backwards for me and there were no such problems when I took delivery. All the paperwork was ready to sign and I drove out half an hour later. Does Northcliff not want customers? Are their salespeople untrained or disinterested? He cannot take off a work day to come back again.
