Shocking Service/ No response/Bad attitude

My car was bumperbashed in September 2012 andDanmar Long Meadow was authorised to do repairs. A day after dropping off my car in October I wasasked to pick it up because the part was unavailable. ETA was 13/11 then 26/11 and finally 30/11.In between this my car was damaged by the hail in Edenvale and Danmar was authorised to repair. I dropped my car off on the 4th of December and told it wil take 15-20 days to repair. I got all the updates of what was supposedly happening to my car every Monday. On the 20th Dec I enquired and was told my car is in pieces. It was christmas holiday and we were travelling, my car hir expired, I did not have any option but to get my car. Derek was ery unsympathetic telling me I was not the only person with that problem etc. I took my car back, nothing was fixed, whatever thery did to it was shabby, parts are falling off while driving, missingbreak light at the axck etc etc. I called in January asking when I can bring my car, no response. I wrote emails which I still have wondering when I will get a date. Your manager listed in the web never responded to me, not once. I am still driving my car as shabby looking as it is, WAITING, WAITING
