2 months and longer to repair a car unacceptable

My vehicle was in a collision on the 20th of December Outsurance did a stunning job with assisting us with the whole accident, than the ball was dropped as my vehicle was sent to Danmar Longmeadow on the3rd Of January, To date my vehicle is still not repaired I have had different stories from Stone and Talita telling me they are waiting for spares (please this is a Mercedes, I do not believe Mercedes takes 2 months to supply parts) and they promise to update me on the progress, Lots of empty promises, they are even lying to Outsurance telling Lerato from Outsurance on the 4th of Feb that my vehicle will be ready in 10 working days it is now 15 working days later and the vehicle has still not been worked on. I have spoken to Outsurance and suggested they take their business elsewhere as Danmar is tarnishing Outsurance's reputation, The blatant lying and empty promises raises another question, What is the quality of repair going to be done on my vehicle. This level of service you expect from a backyard operation not a Imperial group company. I expect this problem to be adresed, the latest promise to Outsurance is hopefully next week Thursday, how utterly pathetic. new name" Wagma
