I wish I was aware of all these complaints BEFORE I booked my car in at Danmar. I booked my car in 29/4/2013 for hail damage after waiting about 5 months. As of today, I still have no feedback from Danmar as to what is happening with my car as no-one (including the managers) never call you back. After two weeks of having my car (and getting no feedback and phoning on a daily basis) I was told they don't know where my car is. I went to see for myself and found my car on the roof untouched. Another two weeks come and gone and I still do not have answers... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have to return rental car tomorrow so let us see if Danmar comes to the party???
