Waiting for repair since December 2012

I had an accident in my Kia Shuma II 9 December 2012. 12 December 2012 I had authorisation from Miway Ref # 221592, claim # 422832, authorised repair to Danmar Longmeadow. On calling Danmar 12 December 2012 I was informed could not attend to the repair as it was the end of the year they would call me with a date next year (2013). 3 January 2013 I called to ask when I could bring my car in, told I would be called with a date, 4 February told to bring my car in, called 15 February to find out what was happening, told to put my query in an email. 18 February I came to Danmar to ask what was happening, told that the parts dept. could not source a boot lid for my car, take my car home until they found the part. 19 April I was told to bring my car in to see if the part that had been found was the correct one. I found the boot lid that had been procured was for a Shuma I not II and had a hole for a brake light in the middle. I accepted this, I was told the boot lid had to be strimmed?? not sure of word, and primed, I would be phoned to bring car in. 2 weeks later 3 May 2013 I was told bring car in on 6 May boot lid was ready. Today 13 May 2013 told car not ready, we are waiting for parts.
