Exasperating is the word that comes to mind when dealing with Danmar Autobody Longmeadow. From the minute I walked in the door to get a quote on the repair of my vehicle to the moment I got it fixed, oh wait it is still not fixed, I have had shocking service, unreturned calls, unfinished work, a ripped off sun visor and endless promises of someone telling someone to sort another issue out. It has now been exactly a month that I have been calling Danmar, on almost a daily basis, to find out what is happening with my vehicle. I thought escalating my problem to the manager would provide some reprieve to my exhausting frustration but he has proved to be the worst of the lot with no apologies, or offers to remedy the situation. All I can say is never ever again will I even consider using this company to work on my car. Get it together Danmar as, after talking to some other customers on your showroom floor all waiting and waiting for service, I am clearly not the only one who feels this way.
