What will the next excuse be for bad service

My Honda CRV went in for hail damage on 21 November. When the hire car expired it took a few days of compalining & calls B4 Danmar gave me a courtesy vehicleon about 15 December after being carless for 2 days. Then the real fun began. I was told that my car would not be ready in December because they were waiting for a new bonnet. In January I was advised that I would get it at the end of January. When end Jan came I was told they were still waiting for a bonnet. I called nearly every week in Feb and was told there was a problem with the roof but the car would be ready by Friday. Anyway Feb ended and I still had no car. In March I have called every Monday cos the phones are never answered on Fridays. Then I was told there was a problem with the paintwork. On Thursday 7 March I was told they were waiting for the glass installers & it would be 2 days for that to settle. On Mon I called again and the car was now in polishing and cleaning. Today I was told there was a problem fixing the bonnet which delayed finishing the car. What happened to the new bonnet in Dec? Not only that now they are waiting for a new headlight! Whats the next excuse? Not only that I have to call them
