Unacceptable delay in repairs

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Imperial Germiston. A few days before taking delivery the vehicle was knocked by the dealer. The dealer advised me that they would take the responsibility of repairing the damage of the vehicle. Only the bumper was damaged. I then agreed and the vehicle was then collected from me a few weeks later to have the repairs carried out. Now it is a month later and I still don't have my vehicle back. The dealer sent the vehicle to Danmar autobody repairs in Longmeadow. After numerous phone calls and emails to Danmar they don't reply or don't take your calls. I did get through to the workshop manager "Stone" who was not even aware if the parts was in fact ordered for the vehicle. After finally following up myself that the parts have arrived they then tell me that the repair would take 10 - 15 working days to complete. This is outrageous as I work in the motor industry myself and a bumper repair to take over a month is just crazy. My opinion is that this panelshop does not know what they are doing and are extremely unprofessional. Anyone even thinking of having any repairs done to their vehicle please don't take it to this incompetent repair shop
