I paid R110 for speedy delivery and the parcel TC176024985ZA was suppose to be delivered to the post office on the 12th of February. However it was delivered to the wrong post office. I phoned the call centre and spoke to Charmaine who is so irritated with me as what do I want her to do now its not her fault. It is already the 15th and still no positive feedback was received from them. I am the one who has to phone every time to find out about the progress. Yesterday the package was collected at the wrong post office and then just taken back to the same wrong post office. When I phoned this morning Charmaine told me there is nothing she can do. This service that was suppose to be convenient and fast is ANYTHING but.
