Lady with a flat tyre

I arrived home to find my back tyre was flat. Hi-Q La Lucia had no problem sending their driver out to change my tyre. The man took my tyre off and saw that a nail had caused my puncture. He offered to go fix it and bring it back so I didn't have to drive around on my thin spare tyre.

This really is commendable service.
