Apart from a a letter being delivered late because of the strike, it was delivered to the wrong Post Office. When i received my slip to pick up my registered letter, the address clearly said 2068 so i went the post office for pick up however, my letter is sitting at 2086 because someone at the POST OFFICE cannot read and i therefore asked for this to be corrected and sent to the correct office but SANDILE at Leaping FROG refused. Considering this was not my fault, why cant the POST office correct this and send it to the right place as PAID for. We are paying for a service and expect a standard not rude unhelpful employees like Sandile.
