I bought a Mazda 3 in Nov 2012. The back left door malfunctioned and I took it in for repairs. Under CPA Chery SA must pay for the repairs. I sent through my consent for the door repairs on 07/February 2013. It is now the end of April 2013..and i have received NO FEEDBACK. I have called Chery Randburg on numerous occasions, Casper is either on sick leave, lunch, off or just doesn't pick up my call.
I have paid for my vehicle in full and I find this level of service disgusting. If this continues, I will want a FULL refund including compensation.
