Reported on 22 August and still no feedback from this company HORIBLE.
The guy who helped us was very nice, but he didn't give us correct information or the car... We called a day before and tempest said that we can get a Tidda car for R4300 (that includes dep) and when we got there they gave us a Kia Picanto with really bad wheel alignment, was very hard keeping the car just to go straight. Car was in bad condition. Cracks on the windshield.aircon was very bad, it hardly kept the car cold. And the worst part is that the gentlemen at the airport never told us that we have to fill up the car when return, I am very very upset about this, it.s prob about R400 to fill that tank... It.s bull@&$?... Delano at Tempest Stellenbosch was really really nice and said he will see what he can do for us...
I'm very very upset about this and this was my first time renting a car and Because of this I don't know if I'll rent again...
