Best Service experienced in years-Well Done

Purchased new Fortuner from Pretoria Noord in June 2012.Sadly it came with 21 odd factory faults. Halfway4ways is closest dealer to me. They assisted with defective vehicle repairs from day one to this day 6 months later. While all the faults are not yet gone as some are intermittent, the service team have been fantastic with their support effort. Bear in mind that the repairs are done @ their cost as the vehicle was supplied as defective from Toyota Factory. The team has been patient, compassionate & extremely helpful, so frustration & anger with TSA is last thing on my mind. Halway4ways is busy fixing the TSA factory mess ups. Vehicle been in the workshop 7 times & we are getting there. Booked vehicle in last week for 4 days, & courtesy car was Yaris which I was scared to drive to Newcastle. Service manager allowed me use of his personal Rav4 for safety reasons. I take my hat out to the service team @ Halway4ways namely, Mark, Quinton, Queen, Kennith & Annalise. Well done, I see so many people that travel from far & wide to Halfway4ways to service or repair their vehicles. I don't know what I would do without your assistance. Hope TSA can see how your efforts make them look good.
