I have never in my life been to such a useless, unorganised branch. i have been waiting for 3 weeks now to pick up my vw polo. The sales guy always has excuses as to why the car is not ready yet to be picked up. The first week the deal was done they said i could pick up the car. i get there and the car is not even there... customer service in that branch doesn't exist. then they tell me the car is coming from Capetown... does it take 2 weeks? the guy tells me tomorrow, their famous line. i guess after they take your money the customer is forgotten about!!! Friday they had told me the car will arrive Monday (today)... i had to make a trip for nothing because neither was the car there but the staff there also doesn't answer the phone...! if they had answered the phone i wouldn't have drove all that way for nothing..they could of told me over the phone its not there..! has customer service gone down the drain??? because the sales person didnt even give me a cutesy call to let me know what is happening... i had to go to the store constantly. how inconvient... i have lost my patience with this store and feel like cancelling the deal i have taken...
