I am disgusted by the customer service my vehicle BMW X1 was recalled due to factory defective tyres and now when the vehicle is in the dealership FOR THE WHOLE WEEK, BMW SA says that I need to pay for tyres that was recalled by BMW SA even thou I complained to the dealership and service advisers at Forsdicks Sandton that told me to wait for the next service of the vehicle, and they did not action on this matter and follow procedures when the vehicle was in for the service this is unacceptable and I am going to take this matter to the media of BMW'S to to public and their customers, When other BMW dealerships confirmed that the tyre should be changed due to the recall.
