I recently purchased a vehicle from Forsdicks BMW in pinetown. I found the vehicle on the net on the 17th December. On the 20th I went to look at the vehicle as it was not at the dealership. Viewed the vehicle, it looked good but tyres looked worn. I did inform Babs (salesman). He called a guy from the workshop and both looked at tyres and confirmed it will be replaced... I was happy.
Problems :
car was only ready for pick up on 30th... was told by the 24th
paperwork has all incorrect information.
tyres were not replaced.
headlight stained on inside
petrol flap not in line
Was told by Thomas he will sort out my issues.
was promised a call on 31/12... im still waiting
Basically, a whole lot of empty promises.
if I was not desperate to get a vehicle for a business venture, I would have never bought this vehicle..
I will tell everybody I meet of this bad experience...
I always thought of BMW as a name u can rely on... maybe it is but the people I dealt with at Forsdicks BMW are giving BMW a bad name...
