My mother bought an E250 from the above dealership towards the end of last year and she has experienced no JOY. The car was delivered with worn out 4 tyres. The matter was reported to the dealership and they decided to fix only two tyres claiming that according to their assessment only two tyres needs to be replaced. Now my mother is sitting with two burst tyres within one two weeks and Michelle is arrogant and is simply not willing to burge. Today she received a complaint through Driver force about the same issue and even after that she had the audacity to call us stating that they are not going to replace the tyres. The service from the Mercedes Benz Regent is also pathetic. On Tuesday when the 2nd tyre burst they took us like cargo on top of the tow truck. That is appalling not to mention that our safety was put at risk. I used to adore this brand but that soon changed after this week. The service is distasteful.
