My car is still under Ford Protect and broke down last week in Bryanston (vehicle lost all water). When AA arrived on the scene and towed the vehicle all tyres had pressure in them. When the car arrived at the dealership, the front driver's side tyre was completely flat and the spare wheel was put on.
Upon having the tyre inspected by a tyre company, there was a little slash on the side of the tyre that cannot be repaired. I tried to contact AA to report the issue. But kept being placed on hold. Finally got a hold of someone that could help and the person said it will take him 3 hrs to chat to the 2 tow truck drivers involved in transport the vehicle to and from the midrand depot. 3 hrs? seriously? I need this tyre to be replaced urgently!! But cannot be helped urgently. Not professional at all!!
