I wanted to activate vitality and keyfit onto my account for the 1st of Feb. They have delayed in doing so. Then i spoke to a lady she said that she would assist me with the procedure but can only do it for 1 march. I offered to make a payment in advance for 1 Feb (I need this to start joining gym) she said she would get back to me and did not do so.
I called back one hour later then i spoke with a guy telling me no one in the call center can help me i asked to speak to a supervisor he denied. i repeatedly asked if there is anyone who can assist me with this he repeatedly answered no.
I now want to cancel this request and the medical aid. Ridiculous leaving a place without anyone competent to assist. The call center guy was completely rude cutting me off when i speak. I do not want to be with a medical aid or have anything to do with anyone company who doesn't have any management on staff. I can not believe that in that entire building there was not one person able to assist with my request. I now wasted another day with this. I don't want any part in discovery health anymore.
