My girlfriend and I went to see Hangover 3 at Cape Gate Ster-Kinekor, Cine 8. It got extremely stuffy and unbearably hot in the theatre. There were a lot of people because it was a Tuesday night-so I got up and asked very politely at the front desk for the aircon to be turned on. There was one staff member at the desk and the rest of the staff was in the back office busy with something. So I asked the lady to call the manager. The lady said it will be looked at. Still the manager didn't come to see me-so I walked through the first office door and saw the staff in the back office laughing and chatting. I waved for the manager to come out, but she ignored me and shouted at the front desk lady to close the door and said that they are busy. I overheard her. So I decided to behave myself and went back to the movie with the hope that they would turn on fresh air. Needless to say nothing was done by anyone about the situation. This is unacceptable and if I were there alone I would've made a huge scene. The staff is ignorant, arrogant, uncooperative, rude, lazy to help and they just looked like they didn't care or give a. I'm still upset and Ster-Kinekor will never see us there again!
