Worst service ever!!!

I purchased a 2011 vw polo from imperial select tata east rand in December 2012. The first day I went to pick up the car my husband drove it and told me I should contact the dealership to let them know about a shudder on the brakes which I did at that time is was going into holiday time and no one could assist with the repairs I waited till jan when companies opened but even before that I called in and still REMINDED staff there about the car, eventually when the companies opened I HAD TO TAKE THE CAR BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AS THEY WERE SHORT STAFF TO COME PICK IT UP, I was told it would take 2days most and was thereafter told I must go pick it up reason again SHORT STAFF after putting up a fight they delivered my car on the 3rd day with the tank EMPTY! To date I have NOT YET Recieved my vehicle registration papers nor have I received the cash back again reasons for that they still working on it. Yesterday my husband drove my car to work and to his surprise the car started over heAting without any warning. My car is now sitting at vw for repairs. I spoke to the dealership yesterday and said if I don't receive feedback by end of day I will be reporting this, my patience ran out!!!
