INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT AND SERVICING DEPT

TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A SERVICE YESTERDAY AND THEREAFTER HAD TO RUSH OF TO A FUNERAL OF A DEAR LOVED ONE.WHILST DRIVING FROM PINETOWN TO OVERPORT I NOTICED CHANGES IN THE SOUND OF THE CAR AND THERE WAS A CONTINOUS VIBRATION, THE CAR BECAME SO SLUGGISH AND IT WAS GIVING OF SMOKE FROM THE BONNET.I THEN HAD TO DROP WHATEVER I WAS DOING AND GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO PINETOWN TO SORT OUT THE MATTER.WHEN I GOT THERE THE MECHANIC NOTIFIED ME ABOUT A PLUG BEING OUT OF PLACE. INIITIALLY WHEN I TOOK THE CAR FOR SERVICING I DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE DRIVE, SMOKE, VIBRATION IT WAS JUST THE SQUEEKY SOUND THAT THE CAR MAKES WHEN STARTING.I SPOKE TO MANAGMENT (REALISTICALLY SPEAKING IT WAS KIA'S SERVICE DEPT WHO MESSED UP AND I HAD TO SACRIFICE A FUNERAL AND FUEL MONEY TO COME ALL THE WAY BACK BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCY.THE MANAGER REFUSED TO CONPENSATE ME LET ALONE UNDERSTAND ME.THE ONLY REASON WHY I WENT TO THEM IS BECAUSE IT IS A NEW CAR AND I THOUGHT IT WAS A ''PROFESSIONAL'' PLACE WHICH I NOW NOW REGRET GOING TO THEM.
