I traded in my Yaris for a 1.9TDI Polo (96kw) and instead I received a 19TDI Polo (74kw) (false advertisement). The dealership promised me a certain Polo. They informed me three times they were able to secure one only to let me know they couldn't get me the car I wanted. As a compromise they agreed to do certain repairs and upgrades on a inferior Polo they did have. This took weeks with me contacting them on a regular basis. Finally they informed me that the car is finished. But not all the repairs were done and the repairs that were done were of a horrendous quality. After another extended period without any feedback from them I informed them that I do not want the Polo anymore. They now want to return my Yaris which has dropped in value since they had same. This is unacceptable for me. They should keep both cars. I do not want anything further to do with this dealership.
