I bought a brand new VW polo trendline 1.4, to which I later found the factory faults. Before it reached 15000km, the brake pads were worn out and the steering was shaky.i was then informed that the matter would be investigated.to my inconvenience, I had to pay for the faults. up till today, it hasn't been addressed. it's now the 4th service with the same problem nd vw Hatfield doesnt want to take responsibilty of the problem, Jaco then suggested that I contact vw south africa, called them (09/01/14) and gave information to a lady who said she will look at the matter and provide progress, a day later (10/01/14) I haven't received any feedback. I was then advised that the person handling the matter is on the phone and he will get back to me. waited up till end of business day, and still no call. I now don't have a car and its weekend now. pls look to the matter urgently.
