Bad customer service & Faults on Brand new ca

Bought brand new polo vivo blueline, think I'm investing in something very good. Within the first week I found rattles at the dash above the radio, at the front window & side bar. There is a scratching noise in the steering wheel as you turn. There was a loose in the left front door panel. The radio doesn't work at time as the phone cable is plugged in. The left seat has a squeaky noise. I took the car back for the 2000km inspection & to repair these faults.
When I got the car back, they told me that the rattles at the dash is due to a slip ring at the steering wheel, they must order the part from Germany & they'll call me in 2weeks to bring my car in again.
When I got the car back, radio problem not fixed, rattles & scratch not fixed cause I have to wait for the slip ring, the problem was fixed, the squeaky noise fixed.
Today its about 1.5months back when they last told me they'll call me, they haven't called yet & I called them yesterday. They haven't called me for a booking.
The problem came back, the same rattles & scratch still exist, radio still doesn't work at times &the seat's squeaky noise is back. So I'm back exactly where I was. Brand new car with many faults.
