Extremelly poor service from VW All- around pt2

2/2... sent back, which i did and i never heard from her that day. Went to the dealer where i bought the car McCarthy Volkswagen -Menlyn (012 470 8700) on the 24th December to explain the matter, met up with Hendrik Van Veen and he understand the problem but he can't help i must wait for next year so that baa rd can look at the matter. phoned customer services to find out about courtesy vehicle and was informed they are not hiring the car anymore because they got the part and they are sending it to Pretoria, then asked her so am i still going to be without a car for how long and she does not know.
IMPACT
6days now without a car, could not go home for Christmas could not even do my Christmas shopping because of Volkswagen. i don't know when am i going to get a car so vw wants me to suffer till then.
VW MOTTO
"Your Satisfaction - Our guarantee" Clearly this is not meant for VW Polo users whose cars are still under warranty... question is for who is it meant for then???
