Dispeakable service

On the 4th July 2013, was committed to my African bank credit card. when I called was told I had withdrawn all the money on the card that I am not aware off.

I spoke to client services, who sent me a statement which showed the was a card replacement that took place on the 3rd July 2013, that's a day before I reported the matter. I was then advised to make an affidavit and a copy of my ID with 6 signatures on it. I did all that, and was told they will send it to forensic to investigate the matter.

since then I have been calling in as they were not updating on the progress, the last person I spoke to said the case will be resolved on 27th July 2013. since I waited till today 30th July 2013.

when I call the forensic department, they tell me I never faxed the required documents with such attitude, furious as I was I called the client services again they said the documents are there, each
operator gave me quite a few contact numbers I should call and I was being sent from pillar to post.

I called in again spoke to Thembani Mtambo, who also gave me horrible attitude telling me that I should wait for an sms, its been 2 months and 3 weeks the matter hasn't been attended too.
