Billed for an extra day wrongfully

BMW SA rented a courtesy with Europcar on the 26/12/13 with reservation #164487764. There car was suppose to me at 9am. on the 26/12/13 i waited for the car which i had to call BMW SA to find out what time am i getting the car as i am waiting. Europcar employee called me after some time to let me know his getting into Oasis hotel. I told him to come drop the car off at Dorhill Hotel as i could not get reservation at Oasis Lodge on the 24/12/13. He finally arrived between 13:00 - 14:00 to hand the car over to me. I returned the car back at Polokwane which was checked in at 11:30 which is way before the expiration time which is between 13:00 - 14:00 that day. I was billed for an extra day saying i was suppose to return the car at 09:00 the time i wanted the car and no one from Europcar called me at 9 to let me know about the car i only go the call after 11 when i called BMW SA to inquire where is my courtesy car. I called Albert about the issue and the answer his giving me doesn't hold water. He talks they called and there was network problem and the funny part how did they manage to get hold of me after they got a call from BMW SA. I need my money back
