Waiting an hour after promised open hours

My sister bought tickets online for the SA vs. NZ cricket match in Port Elizabeth on 26 December 2012. Tickets purchased online need to be collected at the Post Office.

My sister went to Post Net in Retail Park, Beacon Bay, on the 26th December 2012 at 09:30 - this is AFTER looking on the Post Net website for open hours on public holidays. The website indicated that open hours on public holidays are from 09:00 - 13:00.

She waited an HOUR from 09:30 for Post Net to be opened, which means they only opened at 10:30 - an hour and a half after the time indicated on the shop door as well as the website. The contact details for Post Net Retail Park are also for the phone in the store which is of no assistance when there is nobody in the shop.

As a result, she was delayed in her trip to Port Elizabeth and missed the opening of the match.

I just think it's poor customer service to not care if people are made to wait an hour outside a closed shop (bearing in mind it was 1.5 hours after promised opening time), and also no apology made for the wait. The service received was also really shabby.

Really poor customer service and consideration.
