I rented a Kia Picanto from Europcar OR Tambo I did the reservation online the daily rental was R169 a day I rented the car for 5 days when I was suppose to return the car I extended my rental nobody told me that the price will increase from R169 to R279 I only came to know off the price when they decided to take money from my card even that too nobody told me anything, this is how can I sign for one price and then they go change price behind my back without me even knowing that the price is changed, I called the OR Tambo branch I spoke to Fikile who gladly told me its my fault there's nothing she can do, Europcar is not an open company even they stuff are very rude and this is I have reported this matter with consumer complain and I also informed my lawyer off this activity
