Still no refund or response

I returned a rental car on 02/01/2014 to Port Elizabeth Airport (reference number BR1918345), and am still waitIng for the refund on my deposit. I have phoned and sent an email enquiry, both to no avail.

Please, I need that refund urgently!!!
