Futher to my earlier complaint...
After having to go and collect my package MYSELF (a 60km round-trip), I finally received a call from TNT (Sidney), which I couldn't take at the time... lucky you!
Now that I finally have my parcel, I would prefer you that you just leave me to lay my official complaint with the Consumer Council. Your call is too little, too late. This experience has been expensive, exhausting and the most frustrating!! How others tolerate this, I don't know!
