I must say that if this is the way that companies operate then what bad bad service we consumers receive, i have had my problems for the last almost 3 months, not the company or dealer have gotten back to me after their last response. i am still with a bike that is falling apart, and not one person can get back to me about it, i have demanded a new bike for all this endangerment that i have been put through and no-one cares, when i am going to get a response from the company to say that they are taking the matter up with the dealer that they chose to be a representative for their company? this is crazy, you pay for an item that is suppose to be brand new and only to find out that it is 2nd hand machine that is probably not even road worthy... i will still stick with what i have said, i will go to the newspapers if i do not get another response from the company. i have heard that were i was told that the company is not folding to now that the company has been bought over, so now what must i do... what good is a warranty if no one cares!
