We ordered a new phone from Vodacom (who UNFORTUNATELY uses the PATHETIC company RAM Hand to Hand Couriers!!!) They gave me the run around for hours and hours as they tell me they need proof of address when they deliver the phone, a fact that no one told us and I would never have know if I did not phone in to track the status of our delivery. Two ladies I spoke to had the worst attitude ever, they just put you on hold without asking or informing you. Clint was a bit more helpful, but in the end he was just as rude. I would advise Vodacom to stop using them as they are tarnishing Vodacom's name!!! At the end of the day after how many phone calls and frustrating conversations, they delivered the phone to my wife, a busy restaurant manageress, who had to put of numerous appointments to wait for them almost the entire day! And at the end of the day, this was just Ram being stupid, unprofessional and TOTALY unaccommodating.
