I've been having suspension noises on my Mazda 2. I've taken it to be checked by various tyre and shock fitment centres and was advised that it was my tie rod end that needed replacing. I took my car on the 08/01/2013 to the agents (Action Ford and Mazda, Constantia Kloof) to get the tie rods replaced. I was however advised that they needed to check the suspension themselves and give me a quote on the parts and labour. I was called later that day and was advised that the problem was the stabliser linkages, shocks and shock bearings needed to be changed. I told them to change the stabliser linkages and i would get the shocks installed elsewhere as it was too expensive from the agents. They agreed and ordered the parts and it took them 3 days to do (Lord alone knows why). I got my car back the 10/01/2012. There was however no difference and the suspension noisier. I got my shock absorbers replaced a week later and the noise was still there. I took the car back to them on the 31/01/2013 to install the Shock bearings, they now tell me that i have to replace the shock mountings and all other stuff that wasnt advise at first. I think their service advisors are just a bunch of useless *#&
